Maple Frosted Honey Nut Bars

- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- Glaze
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 Tbs warm water
- 3 Tbs maple syrup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl, mix first four ingredients. Stir in vegetable oil, honey and slightly beaten egg. Add nuts and blend in.
- Spoon batter into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20-22 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix the confectioners sugar, water and maple syrup. Spread on bars while still warm.
